Your privacy matters, and so does knowing your rights. This policy describes what information Fletcher Digital LLC ("we") collects on this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, the contact details you give us, and what you tell us about your business and what you need. We use them to reply to you and for no other purpose. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser signals (including your IP address) to block spam submissions.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, general location by city). Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics across every site with Google's browser add-on.

What we do not do

We do not sell, resell, or trade your information. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for. We do not collect payment information on this website, and there are no accounts to create or log into.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for two things only. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell one visit apart from another and to count returning visitors. Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs the spam check on the contact form, may set a short-lived cookie to confirm you are a person rather than a bot.

We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers. Because none of our cookies are used for advertising or for selling data, this site does not show a cookie consent banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers that keep the site running and deliver your message to us, currently Cloudflare and Google Analytics, plus anyone we are legally required to tell.

Data retention and your rights

Contact form messages are kept as ordinary business correspondence. If you want a copy of the information we hold about you, or want it deleted, send the request through our contact page and we will handle it within 30 days.
